Iske baad bhi mera issue resolve nahi hua to maine unki bhi complaint kar di ki ye sab mujhe torture kar rahe, mujhe target kar rahe hain par koi solution nahi nikla.”She then alleged that some of her junior colleagues were pressured to send complaints against her.“Mere juniors ko pressurise kiya gaya mere against mail karne ko so that they have document against me so that they can terminate me.”Ritica said she eventually felt she could not continue in the organisation.
She resigns from the organisation
After the situation she described, Ritica submitted her resignation.She said her decision followed her attempts to raise the matter internally and her concerns about the way events had unfolded at work.
What happened after her resignation
Ritica also recalled a conversation with management after she had resigned.She said management told her that the organisation had provided her with help and support.“Kal jab mera call hua to unhone kaha, ‘Ritica, you resigned.
