The BBC, working in collaboration with analysts Jeremy Carrasco and Angel Nulani from Riddance, has identified 60 such accounts, mainly on Instagram, that have carried links, or chains of links, to paid-for sexually explicit content on third-party sites. The sites labelled the imagery as AI-generated, but the Instagram accounts did not.
Murphy came into the contest after missing out on a title fight against champion Alexander Volkanovski in January, with Diego Lopes being given the opportunity instead.
Murphy did not get the rousing reception from the home fans like Aspinall or Pimblett have in the past as he made a business-like walkout, but he was cheered as he stepped into the octagon.
Evloev was booed heavily but embraced his reception as he smiled and made a heart-shaped gesture with his fingers towards the crowd.
Encouraged by chants of “Oh Miracle Murphy”, some of the Mancunian’s best work was done with his back to the cage, as he landed a one-two uppercut combination and tried to keep Evloev at bay with leg kicks.
Evloev was predicted to grapple with Murphy but it was not until the third round, with the Briton gaining the upper hand in the striking, that he attempted his first takedown.
Murphy got to his feet quickly and drew roars from the crowd with a counter right hook, but Evloev would end the round on top as a flurry of strikes opened a cut above the Mancunian’s left eye.
The contest was delayed in the fourth round as Murphy took time to recover from an accidental groin strike in a move for which the Russian was docked a point.
But after telling his corner he had hurt his hip, Murphy struggled to defend takedowns like he had before and Evloev gained the upper hand in the closing stages.
Murphy was roared on by the crowd as he continued to get back to his feet, but Evloev’s nine takedowns by the end of the bout told a telling story.
“I told you I was a better striker than him – joking!” said Evloev.
“Me and my coach were preparing more fakes, takedowns and punches. I think my punches are hard, I can hurt the opponent. Look at his face, he is damaged. I don’t have to use my wrestling to get the win.”

New York Giants running back Cam Skattebo apologized for a “lapse in judgment” after he said CTE was not real and asthma was “fake.”
Skattebo appeared on the “Bring the Juice” podcast when he was asked if CTE was “a real thing,” and he replied that it was “an excuse.”
He also implored “soft” asthmatics to “just breathe air.”
“I recently did an interview and had a lapse in judgment, which resulted in me making a tasteless joke about CTE and asthma. It was never my intention to downplay the seriousness of head injuries or asthma,” Skattebo wrote on his Instagram story Saturday after the clip began to go viral.

Chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE) is a progressive, degenerative brain disease linked to repeated head impacts rather than a single injury, according to the Mayo Clinic. More than 100 former NFL players have been posthumously diagnosed with CTE, according to a University of Utah study published in the Journal of Neurotrauma.

Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane is enjoying an incredible season, having scored 47 goals in all competitions for the German side, and will lead the line for England in North America.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin was the joint top-scoring English player alongside Danny Welbeck on 10 goals before the latter got his double and he has been called up to Tuchel’s squad.
The Leeds striker had an impressive run of form with seven goals in six games towards the end of 2025 but went into Saturday’s game against Brentford on the back of one goal in his previous eight games.
Tottenham striker Dominic Solanke was also called up but he has just three Premier League goals this season and is working his way back from a long injury lay-off.
Both have the profile to replace Kane but don’t have the form that Welbeck finds himself in.
“Welbeck is very unfortunate not to get the call-up,” Rooney added. “He’s 35 years of age but is showing no signs of slowing down.
“I think it was probably between him and [Dominic] Calvert-Lewin so he’s just missed out – but he’s having a fantastic season.”
Match of the day pundit Alan Shearer added: “He can count himself really unlucky he’s not in the squad considering the form he is in and the number of goals.
“Solanke has got three goals, Calvert-Lewin has got two in the last 12. I think he’s really unlucky not to be in that 35-man squad.”
Despite his omission, Hurzeler believes Tuchel will make the right call when it comes to naming his England World Cup squad.
“England have a really good German coach and he will make the right decisions,” he said.

The Islamic Republic of Iran significantly escalated its war effort against the U.S. with its launch of two intermediate-range ballistic missiles on Friday toward Diego Garcia, a key U.S.-U.K. military base in the Indian Ocean.
The targeting of Diego Garcia, roughly 2,500 miles from Iran, means Tehran’s missile capabilities appear to have exceeded previously acknowledged limits.
In the period leading up to Operation Epic Fury on Feb. 28, Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi claimed that “We intentionally kept the range of our missiles below 2,000 km so we don’t have that capability. And we don’t want to do that because we do not have hostility against the United States people and all Europeans.”

On Saturday, Israel Defense Forces IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir said “Just yesterday, Iran launched a two-stage intercontinental ballistic missile with a range of 4,000 kilometers [2,500 miles] toward an American target on the island of Diego Garcia. These missiles were not intended to hit Israel. Their range reaches the capitals of Europe — Berlin, Paris and Rome are all within direct threat range.”
IDF spokesman Nadav Shoshani blasted the alleged Iranian deception on X: “Just 3 days before the war, the Iranian regime said they don’t obtain long-range missiles. Today, their lies were exposed once again, when missiles were fired 4000km away from Iran. They hoped to lie their way into becoming a force that can terrorize the world. We didn’t buy it.”
Jason Brodsky, the policy director of United Against Nuclear Iran (UANI), told Fox News Digital, “The Trump administration, in citing Iran’s missile threat as a rationale for Operation Epic Fury, was therefore justified in its decision to undertake military action as Iran has consistently refused to negotiate over its missile program. It also shows how dangerous it is to solely rely on Iranian nuclear weapons fatwas and the supreme leader’s public rhetoric in formulating U.S. policy. As long as Iran retains the technical capability beyond public pronouncements, it is a threat.”

According to Brodsky, “I think it’s a message that the IRGC is in charge in Iran after Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei‘s death. When Khamenei was alive, he limited the range of Iran’s missile program to 2000 km. Khamenei recounted in 2018 how he had rejected overtures from IRGC commanders seeking to increase the range to as much as 5000 km.”
He continued, “But now that he has died, those voices in the IRGC seeking to increase the range are likely driving the agenda. The launch of the missiles was likely meant as a signal of the IRGC’s capabilities to threaten U.S. allies beyond the Middle East. For example, this threatens Europe.”
The two long-range Iranian missiles did not hit the base, but the attempted attack marked a significant expansion of Iran’s reach beyond the Middle East and toward a major U.S. strategic hub. One missile reportedly failed in flight, while a U.S. warship launched an SM-3 interceptor at the other, officials said. It was not immediately clear whether the interception was successful. The remote base is a critical launch point for U.S. bombers, nuclear submarines and other strategic assets.
Ilan Berman, Vice President of the American Foreign Policy Council in Washington, D.C., told Fox News Digital, “The launch hammers home the president’s point about Iran being an imminent threat. It’s easy for casual observers to ignore, but the increasing maturity of Iran’s strategic programs, plural, has been exponentially expanding the threat that the Islamic Republic poses beyond the Middle East. That is what “Epic Fury” is seeking to address. The administration believes, absolutely correctly in my view, that these types of capabilities cannot be left in the hands of a radical, predatory regime.”

He continued that “Despite its public denials, it’s been clear that the Iranian regime has been working on expanding the range of its ballistic missile capabilities for years. The launch toward Diego Garcia confirms that it has made real progress toward that goal, and is already able to put targets in the same range as Central and Eastern Europe at risk. Moreover, it’s clear that the regime is seeking still greater capabilities – and that, if left intact, Iran’s ballistic missiles would attain intercontinental range soon.”
Berman, the author of “Iran’s Deadly Ambition: The Islamic Republic’s Quest for Global Power,” added, “The parallel development Iran has been carrying out on its space program is significant. The booster used to put payloads into orbit can be married onto a medium-range missile to create intercontinental range capabilities. Before the war, we were seeing a clear convergence of the regime’s strategic programs: its ballistic missile work, its space capabilities and its nuclear program.”

He warned about the serious Iranian threat to continental Europe. “Europe is absolutely at risk, as the recent launch makes clear. I wouldn’t say that a failure to recognize this to date has been due to a grand deception by Tehran, though. It is more attributable to willful blindness on the part of European elites about the extent of the threat that the Iranian regime poses, as well as undue faith in diplomacy and arms control in containing it,” he said.
On Saturday, the United Kingdom condemned the attack. “Iran’s reckless attacks, lashing out across the region and holding hostage the Strait of Hormuz, are a threat to British interests and British allies,” the U.K. Ministry of Defense said in a statement. “RAF jets and other U.K. military assets are continuing to defend our people and personnel in the region.”

Hundreds of hospitals across the country are being recognized for keeping patients safe, and a handful of states stand out for having the highest number of top performers.
Healthgrades, a platform for finding doctors, health care providers and hospitals, released its 2026 Patient Safety Excellence Award this month, naming 438 hospitals across 40 states that rank among the top 10% nationwide for patient safety.
The analysis highlights facilities that excel at preventing serious, avoidable complications during hospital stays, based on 13 patient safety indicators.

Among all states, five had the highest number of hospitals earning the distinction: Texas, Florida, California, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

These states led the nation in total award recipients, with counts ranging from 21 to as many as 62 hospitals, according to Healthgrades data cited by MedPage Today. The concentration of high-performing hospitals in these states may be partly driven by size, the outlet noted.
“The prevalence of recipients in a particular state could be related to something as simple as that state having a large number of hospitals,” a Healthgrades spokesperson told MedPage Today.
Nonetheless, the findings point to strong safety performance across several of the nation’s most populated regions, particularly major metro areas such as Los Angeles, Dallas-Fort Worth and New York City.

Patients treated at these hospitals saw significantly lower risks of some of the most common and serious safety events, which account for the majority of in-hospital complications, according to a news release.

Compared to other hospitals, patients at award-winning facilities were 52.4% less likely to experience an in-hospital fall resulting in fracture; 57.5% less likely to suffer a collapsed lung related to procedures; 67.8% less likely to develop catheter-related bloodstream infections; and 71.9% less likely to develop pressure sores.
Those four indicators alone make up about 78% of all patient safety events, according to Healthgrades, and if all hospitals performed at the same level as this year’s recipients, more than 100,000 patient safety events could have been avoided between 2022 and 2024.

“The data behind this year’s Patient Safety Excellence Award highlights how measurable improvements in safety can prevent thousands of complications,” Dr. Alana Biggers, a medical advisor at Healthgrades, said in a statement.

“Hospitals that prioritize evidence-based safety practices not only achieve better clinical outcomes, but also cultivate a culture where patients come first,” Biggers added. “These insights give individuals and families the information they need to make confident and better informed healthcare decisions.”
The award is based on an analysis of Medicare inpatient data, evaluating outcomes such as complications, mortality and preventable safety events. To qualify, hospitals must meet strict clinical thresholds and report zero cases of certain serious errors, such as leaving a foreign object behind during a procedure.

Overall, 250 hospitals ranked in the top 5% nationwide for safety, including facilities affiliated with major systems such as Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic and HCA Healthcare.
Meanwhile, 10 states had no hospitals on the list: Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, Iowa, Maine, North Dakota, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Wyoming and the District of Columbia.

Experts say factors including rural hospital shortages and “care deserts” may contribute to those gaps, as patients in underserved areas often face longer travel times and arrive with more advanced conditions.

Nearly one-third of this year’s recognized hospitals were new to the list, according to Healthgrades, reflecting continued shifts in hospital performance and safety practices across the country.

Tom Holland gushed over Zendaya’s newest film, The Drama, in a rare social media post dedicated to this longtime partner.
Sharing a teaser trailer for the film, the 29-year-old dished out praise for Zendaya, with whom he reportedly tied the knot in a secret ceremony.

Holland’s post comes after reports that he and Zendaya got married in a secret ceremony after their 2024 engagement. During the 2026 Actor Awards last month, Zendaya’s longtime stylist, Law Roach, was asked about her expected nuptials.
“The wedding has already happened,” he told Access Hollywood on the red carpet. “You missed it.”
The reporter then asked, “Is that true?” prompting Roach to reply, “It’s very true!”
Neither Zendaya nor Holland has publicly confirmed that they’re married. However, Zendaya has since shared her best wedding advice during her press tour for The Drama, which follows an engaged couple (portrayed by Zendaya and Robert Pattinson) who spiral into chaos days before their wedding.
During an interview with Entertainment Weekly at the Los Angeles premiere of The Drama, the Euphoria star offered her words of wisdom for couples who are planning their wedding.
“Make sure you have all the conversations before you get married,” she said. “Make sure you have a wedding DJ because that also causes a lot of drama.”
“Just have a beautiful day. It’s really about you two.”
At the same event, she answered questions about what she thought were “dos” and “don’ts” at a wedding. While she said she’s all for having a live band, she was against the idea of the bride and groom smashing cake on each other’s faces.
“That’s a big no. Isn’t that like the No. 1 thing that people are going to get divorced? Don’t put cake in my face,” she told the blog Betches.
She added that wearing an Apple watch on a wedding day is a no-go, quipping: “We can track your heart any other day.”
The Euphoria star arrived at the 2024 Golden Globes with a massive diamond on her ring finger, sparking immediate speculation that she and her boyfriend of four years had gotten engaged. Citing sources, People and TMZ reported the next day that Holland proposed at one of Zendaya’s family homes over the holidays.
The pair met while filming Spider-Man: Homecoming, in which Holland starred as the superhero and Zendaya played his love interest, MJ. The two, who started dating in 2021, have notoriously kept the details of their relationship under wraps.

Which teams are moving on to the Sweet 16?
ESPN reporters across the country are recapping how each second-round game is decided Saturday.
How Michigan State won: Jeremy Fears Jr. cemented his place in Michigan State history as the Spartans marched on to the Sweet 16 with a win over Louisville. With his 16 assists, Fears became the first Big Ten player in the last 50 years with 27 dishes over a two-game NCAA tournament span, passing Michigan State’s Magic Johnson (25 in the 1979 Sweet 16 and Elite Eight). Fears’ 16 assists are also the most by a Big Ten player in an NCAA tournament game in the last 50 years.
Forward Coen Carr also played a significant role in the win, recording a double-double (21 points and 10 rebounds), and joining Carson Cooper‘s performance in the first round to become the first duo Michigan State has had with 20-point double-doubles in an NCAA tournament since 1979 (Johnson and Greg Kelser).
The absence of guard Mikel Brown Jr. caught up to Louisville as Michigan State was able to limit the Cardinals’ offense that had averaged 79 points per game without him (41.3% from the field). How Michigan won: Led by Yaxel Lendeborg, Michigan pulled away in the second half of its game against Saint Louis to advance to its 16th Sweet 16 with a 95-72 win. While the Billikens kept up with the Wolverines in the first half and early in the second, Michigan’s shooting (55.7% from the field) and defense forced Saint Louis to take a significant number of 3s, but it struggled to make them fall, going 10-for-32 from deep. Billikens center Robbie Avila went 3-for-10 from the perimeter but had five assists and left the court to “Robbie” cheers.
The Wolverines had nine blocks, their most in an NCAA tournament game since blocks were first tracked in 1985-86, and outrebounded the Billikens 42-27. Lendeborg scored 25 points and became the first Michigan player with 25-plus points and no turnovers in an NCAA tournament game since Glen Rice (1989). Alabama guard Aden Holloway was arrested Monday for possession of marijuana and allegedly had 2.1 pounds in his apartment.
Prosecutors said they found evidence of “drug transactions” on his phone, according to ESPN,
“Holloway had smaller denominations in his possession, which is indicative of narcotic sales. The marijuana was in separate packing, from plastic bags to prepackaged marijuana to vacuum sealed bags,” a complaint said, via ESPN.

The complaint added that “people [texted] that they were going to get up with him after the season.”
According to ESPN, police found $400 that was located in a jacket during a search of his home. The search, which included an inspection of Holloway’s trash, came after police received “complaints,” ESPN said, citing the search warrant.
However, Holloway’s attorney told ESPN the search was unconstitutional, and he would fight to ensure that prosecutors cannot use what they found in the legal proceedings.
Holloway, 21, was arrested and charged with first-degree possession of marijuana and failure to affix a tax stamp. He was transported to the Tuscaloosa County Jail Monday at 9:48 a.m. and later released at 10:45 a.m. His bond was set at $5,000.
Holloway was a key piece of Alabama’s success this season, averaging 16.8 points per game as the team’s second-leading scorer. In his last game, an SEC Tournament quarterfinal loss to Ole Miss, he dropped 18 points in the 80-79 defeat.
No. 4 Alabama moved on to the second round of March Madness without one of its best players after defeating No. 13 Hofstra Friday. They will face No. 4 Texas Tech on Sunday for a trip to the Sweet 16.

But head coach Nate Oats hinted it was unlikely Holloway would return to the team for the second weekend if they get there.
The Crimson Tide entered the tournament as one of the more successful squads of late, winning nine of 11 games before the tournament.
It’s worth noting that, as of June 2024, the NCAA Division I Council removed marijuana from its banned substances list for championships and postseason football.
Holloway is in his third season with the Crimson Tide, returning to the starting role he had during his freshman year in the 2023-24 campaign.
