Delcy Rodriguez says Venezuela ‘retains sovereignty’ despite US oil deal

Venezuela’s interim President Delcy Rodriguez has given a televised address to defend a deal to hand over 65 billion barrels of Venezuelan oil to the United States. Caracas has been under pressure to meet Washington’s demands since the US abducted President Nicolas Maduro in January.
