The last man prosecuted over the 2017 car bomb killing of Maltese investigative journalist Daphne Caruana Galizia has been acquitted. Yorgen Fenech pleaded not guilty to masterminding the murder. Her killing sparked protests, forcing Malta’s Prime Minister to step down.
